How Check-in:

To check-in at Serena Paradise, the customer needs a Confirmed Reservation and provide the RESERVATION NUMBER and the TRANSACTION ID of the Payment Receipt, granted by the Online Reservation System of our website.
The day of your arrival date (Check-in Date) from 15:00 (3:00 P.M.) to Maximum 19:00 (7:00 P.M.) you need to call the Phone number +1 829-341-4713 only from your phone number provided when booking, in order to authorize your Check-in into Serena Paradise and receive the keys to your Apartment. To be transferred to our operators, you need to have a Confirmed Reservation Number provided by the Serena Paradise reservation website.
Our staff does not deliver and do not show Apartments to customers without a Confirmed Reservation on .
For all reservations, customers must Book Online on SerenaParadise.com website.
